Download Divi from your Elegant Themes account, upload it as a WordPress theme, activate it, and connect the site to your Elegant Themes account as directed by the current documentation.
Installation checklist
- Make a backup before changing an existing production site.
- Download the current Divi theme package from your Elegant Themes account.
- In WordPress, go to Appearance → Themes → Add New → Upload Theme.
- Upload the Divi ZIP, install, and activate it.
- Complete the current account/API connection steps so updates work correctly.
- Confirm your site, PHP, caching, and security stack behave normally before design work.
If you are moving from Divi 4 to Divi 5, do not treat that as an ordinary theme upload. Use the migration guide.
