Responsive Divi work is easiest when mobile decisions are made while building—not after a desktop page is finished.
Start with layout behavior
Decide what should stack, wrap, reorder, or disappear before tuning tiny spacing differences. Divi 5's responsive editor and customizable breakpoints give you more control, but extra breakpoints should solve real layout problems.
Use fewer arbitrary values
Reusable spacing and typography systems reduce the number of one-off mobile fixes. If every module has a unique value, responsive maintenance becomes expensive.
Test content, not just boxes
Long headlines, real product names, menus, forms, and translated strings expose problems that placeholder copy hides.
